This is an example of a more "golden" toned bay, with less red shading than average. Approximately 20-30 or so copies are noticeably lighter colored in this way. Some of them also have dark forehands, while others are more evenly golden throughout.
This particular copy was painted using one of the original hand-made masks for the body pattern, and a hand-applied rubber cement resist for the facial markings.
