Notes from the Artist:
In an effort to experiment with the "frost" technique, I wanted to use it for blanket-edging on an appaloosa. The photo shows one copy from a series of three painted. (Two variations on this theme remain with the factory). I rather goofed on the frost technique and ended up with a different result than typically obtained.
